The location offers beautiful views of the area.
I was disappointed with the check-in experience. The staff misled us about the cash deposit requirement, and the entire process felt humiliating. Having to wait for an employee to inspect our room like we were criminals was just unacceptable.

A really really nice stay on our vacation. Absolutely perfect and favourable location - near to all the great shops in the downtown area and historic Madison.

Where it excels and where it fails
The fine views from the balcony were a major highlight, nice for a peaceful retreat. The lobby exuded vintage charm.
The breakfast options were mediocre at best, lacking in variety and quality. The beds were excessively firm and definitely not comfortable for a good night's rest.

The amazing views from the balcony were good, and the cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. Such a charming atmosphere. It reminded me of my grandmother's cozy house.
More comfortable seating in common areas would be lovely.

The hotel is a little dated but other than that it was very nice. The bed was great. I did think it was a bit expensive. Really enjoyed the town.

It's location, service,friendly staff.
I loved the place but the dining area really left a lot to be desired. It was not very well lit, even though there were windows surrounding the tables. The food was adequate & fresh. Certainly nothing like the other hotel chains.

Awesome breakfast options and an very nice view from the balcony. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Unfortunately, the inability to adjust the thermostat was a minor inconvenience, but cracking the balcony door helped manage the warmth. The location was ideal for exploring, with a beautiful view of the bridge and town. It was a good experience, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Very clean rooms with balconies overlooking the City and river. Great view!
Breakfast ended at 9:00. Wish it would have been 10:00 for those of us who like to sleep in on a get-away.
